Please tell us about the saga of Ardent Facilities Pvt Ltd since its inception.
Ardent Facility Services Pvt Ltd. was established in 2000 with the aim of providing trusted, quality, and reliable services to its clients. The main idea is to offer customer-oriented employment solutions and help in meeting the specific needs of thousands of businesses.
We provide services such as security guards, housekeeping staff and every other type of manpower. Our organization is currently providing services to various banks, industries, hospitals, corporate and institutions. The services are professionally and technically managed.
The professionals employed by us have an eye for details and evaluate and provide the best possible services. The consultants are mindful of a client’s needs, budget, and expectations.

What was your inspiration behind venturing into the business arena?
During the yearly period of my career, I noticed that many companies faced numerous challenges in managing the basic floor activities which kept most of the key management members occupied.
The managers had to plan, assign, check and ensure that all the basic activities of the office are carried out properly. The further tasks included in recruiting the new members, training them and supervising their daily work.
The basic functions in any business enterprise identified were housekeeping, security, gardening, pest control, catering and pantry management, staffing services and property management.
What were the initial challenges that you had to surmount to ensure Ardent’s success rate reached greater heights?
As we started getting orders, the basic tasks were to manage the team properly for timely execution. The clients were demanding, and we got many repeat orders too. It was important to check and supervise the work of all the teams working in various locations that too in multiple shifts.
Customer coordination on every requirement was very crucial. The customers were required to be attended to promptly and given regular updates on the work status. Our team rushed from pole to pole striving to meet the client’s requirements that too within the committed timelines.
What professional values and qualities do you think your clients’ value in you and Ardent Facilities the most?
Once we receive the requirement, our team springs into immediate action to create a job sheet which includes all the job details with the timelines mentioned in it. The team is allotted, and the work is carried out as scheduled.
Dedicated customer service has always been an important aspect of our work. Regular communication and updating the customers with the work status is the base of our process.
