1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

In a corporate setting, an efficient leader is one who is aware of the needs and wishes of the people working with him/her. He/she shouldn’t consider anyone below him/her and should always foster team spirit. It should be his/her duty to own up for the company affairs and praise everyone for their good work. A good leader should be a friend of the employees, who knows how to mix positive and negative methods of incentives so that the company runs smoothly.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

3. Tell us more about Lex Jura Law Journal.

My company works as a publishing company. It is a law journal established by a partnership firm Vidhivyedetta, of which I am partner. Being a law student, I felt the need of a change in legal publishing and thus I strive to make an umbrella portal for most of the legal and informatics need of a lawyer and a law student.

4. What are your organization’s vision and core values?

My organization values the struggle and strength of the members of the company. The organization and its members believe in staying like a family and we ensure that come what may, the company is the top priority. The vision of our organization is to spread legal awareness and ensure that we are above the cut, making the access to publishing facilities easy for law students.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

Following my passion sounds very lucrative and trust me, being a part time blogger, I am living my dream. However, being practical doesn’t sound very good but it’s the need of every business enterprise. Rather than choosing any one of them, I’ll make the best efforts to make a blend of the two and ensure that I pursue my passion in a practical manner and that’s exactly what I’m doing with Lex Jura Law Journal.
