  1. Enlighten us with the journey of your brand so far.
    Since 2006 we are catering to the Rurban market of North India’s tier 2 and tier 3 markets where 70% population lives. We are also helping in educating the medical facility here as the HCPS might not have the updated knowledge.
  1. Give a detailed summary of the key personality(s) life who helped in making your company the brand it is today.
    I am lucky that I have been guided and mentored by Senior Leaders of Pharma industry. With their in-depth knowledge of the Marketing and Man Management I was able to connect in the appropriate manner.
    I believe that everyone whom I have come across has helped me to grow, to name a few, I can mention the following:a) Mr. Pratin Vete.

    c) Mr. Sreeram.

    3. Kindly talk about the various or specialized offerings, solutions, or services that your company/brand provides to its clients.
    My company offers services like the latest updates for the management of the disease through a dedicated field force in a phygital (Physical+ Digital) format in this COVID era. We are also offering Tele solutions and tele guides to our clients and our principals.
  1. What is the vision and mission of your brand?
    The vision and mission statement -To be the preferred partner to healthcare industry to spread medical knowledge to doctors and help them upskill continuously and building a vibrant, professional work environment that attracts, nurtures, and retains good performers and developing the expertise to be a strategic partner to fulfill present and future business needs.
  1. What kind of challenges has your brand and its team faced during the scaling of the business?Challenges were of finding the right deployable professionals and to bridge the gap between the knowledge available and knowledge required for the Drs / Nurses/ Para medical staff.
  1. Being on the journey of becoming a renowned brand, how technological advancements and its knowledge has enhanced the business of your company?
    As the prime aim of my business is to ease and protect the ailing human life and to make them comfortable in the resources and the environment in which they are, we have to take the help of all the latest technology like Phygital, Virtual, Web, etc., to improve the connect and spread the knowledge also.
  1. As one of India’s leading brands, what are you doing differently than the rest of your competition?
    As the Pioneer in the Industry we are taking all the care to upgrade the skills of each connected with us, tender touch, exploring new ways to reach the last person in the queue.
  1. What does the future look like for your brand in terms of growth and expansion?
    We are very optimistic in the services we are as the Scenario has changed overnight. We are in connect with 90,000 HCPs each month, which is just a small percent. We are aiming to touch with at least 3,00,000 HCPs in a year’s time.
  1. How has your brand withstood the complexities of the industry that you are catering to in this ongoing pandemic? As one of the leading brands, what steps have you taken towards tackling all the challenges, meanwhile safeguarding your employees, and taking care of your clientele’s needs?
    Since March’20 we have taken all the care to ease and protect human life (Drs and Employees) at the peak of the pandemic, without the physical touch.We are serving HCPS through telephones, webinars, virtual meet, and limited appearances so that all the guidelines are taken care of.All the employees are given all the protective gears for their personal and professional uses.We are ensuring all our employees are vaccinated.
  1. What advice would you like to give to the young entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their brand in this competitive market?
    My advice to the new entrepreneurs is to work on basics and not to run for the money, as money will be following them if the project is system-driven and customer-centric backed by authentic data.
