It is the only Admissions Consulting company with former Admissions Officials from the Indian School of Business (ISB), and a set of Consultants who are alumni from top universities such as Oxford, Yale, Wharton, etc. The company was founded exactly 10 years ago, with the intent of assisting mid-career professionals in enhancing their career and achieving their long-term professional objectives by pursuing international master’s programs. We have a very refined set of clients. These are candidates who are doing well in their profession and are looking to grow further in their career. Our typical clients are high achievers, with an average of 4-5 years of full-time experience (total range from 2 to 20 years) and are looking for a top business master’s program from one of the top 50 universities globally. Our clients are now graduates from the best universities globally, including Stanford, Columbia, Cambridge, NUS, etc.

- Kindly tell us about the key personality responsible behind the success of the company.
– Our team has remained our biggest strength even since the inception. We currently work with four former admissions officers from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and 25+ ISB alumni to mentor our candidates applying to ISB. For our international school applications, we have built a strong team of alumni from universities/programs such as Yale, Oxford, Wharton, Duke, etc.
- Kindly tell us about some of the major achievements of the company.
– We have had an extremely successful year, with candidates from extremely diverse backgrounds. An army officer with 20 years of experience, an investment banker with 5 years in Singapore and Dubai, a social entrepreneur who left a well-paying Consulting job, and a cricketer who played for one of the older seasons of the IPL, showcase the diverse range of candidates we were able to assist in shaping and achieving their career aspirations. Our commitment and effort translated to exceptional results in terms of admits to the top master’s programs in Business, Engineering and Law. Our students made it to Stanford, Cornell, Kellogg, Duke, Cambridge, IMD Switzerland, London Business School, INSEAD, Columbia SIPA, etc. Several candidates received 50-100% scholarships at these universities, making our total scholarship amount for the Fall 2020 intake USD 1.4 Million.
- Please highlight some of the various events conducted by the company.
– 2019 was a special year in terms of the events that Admit Square organized as well as participated in. We organized a one-of-a-kind event called the MBA Bootcamp, where candidates were taken through workshops and sessions on profile building, CV building, GMAT preparation, alumni networking, etc. from 9am to 6pm at Taj, MG Road, Bangalore. This was a non-stop 9-hour workshop and over 250 participants sat through the entire workshop with completely attention and interest. We also had representatives from ISB, IIMB, York University (Canada), etc. participating in a panel discussion at the MBA Bootcamp. Further, Admit Square also participated in The MBA Tour in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
- Please tell us about the future prospects of the company.
– We are now well positioned to leverage our past success and a strong team to attend to a larger and a wider range of candidates. Further, we are also diversifying into other areas, including Alum-n-I, which will be an online platform to connect applicants with alumni and the GIC Academy, which will present short-term programs delivered at an international university campus.
