It’s not hidden that the pandemic has hit the economy severely and it will take another couple of years for businesses to return to normal. At the same time, it is also true that organizations have started looking for better, efficient and cost effective methods to manage their manpower and the overall productivity. This gives us the staffing industry, a leverage to offer project based, need based, time based solutions to the clients. Companies can scale up and scale down their businesses as per the requirement and situation – this is the best advantage of staffing. The same manpower can be engaged in another project with another client any time. This gives job security as well as cost effective solution, both.
How necessary do you think it is to align business with the latest technology?
Very important. Especially during these difficult times, technology has become the backbone of many businesses. Covid-19 has given many lessons and it will change the course of businesses forever, for good. More and more use of technology will become a part of everyone’s life.
