No NGC (Nano GPS Chip) In New Rs2000 Denomination Notes-Confirms Arun Jaitely.

Finance Minister of India Mr. Arun Jaitley  has hereby confirmed that there is no such chip embedded in the notes which has tracking facilities via GPS, he also confirmed that it’s just a hoax circulating in the air.
After the NEWS on the ban of bank notes of denomination Rs500 and Rs1000 by RBI, the hoax started floating with different social media platforms. According to the messages circulating over social media pages, it claims that the notes of Rs 2000 denomination are to be embedded with Nano GPS chips, which would act as a signal reflector and would provide precise location coordinates of the particular notes thus enabling each and every note to be tracked. Apparently the messages also claimed that the signal receiving and transmitting capacities of the chip are so strong that one can easily track these notes even if they are stashed 120 meters below the ground.
Confirming on the messages to be a complete hoax, he provided some of the unique security features that the new notes would contain, counting on the features their would be many unique security features such as:-
Each note will be equipped with colour changing thread with ‘भारत’, RBI and 2000 engraved on it and it would change colour from green to blue when tilted.
For visually challenged persons there would be a raised print of Mahatma Gandhi’s portrait, The Ashoka Pillar Emblem, bleed lines and other identity marks.
Other security features  are yet to be revealed by the RBI.
