The bustling cities and diverse cultures were a stark contrast to the serene streets of Mathura, but I embraced the change with open arms. It was here that I began my career as a telesales executive. To maintain organization and streamline processes, we use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze performance, ensuring we stay on top of our goals.
