Prajakta is an aspiring and passionate HR professional with three years of the learning experience. Owing to her keen interest in the field of Human Behaviour and its nuances, she pursued a career in Psychology. She completed her Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in Mumbai. Afterwards, she got an opportunity to work with Schindler India. Over her three years of a brief yet consequential stint, she has learned latitudes, experimented, and been able to innovate and impact in her capacity. The field of HR has been growing dynamically with increasing opportunities. To bring about large-scale impact and growth in how organizations function, Prajakta’s goal has always been to use innovation, systems thinking and empathy to support people in maximizing their potential while immensely learning and learning along the way. On a personal level, she has aimed to learn, explore and experiment continuously to bring about unique solutions that caters to the organizations’ needs and vision and allows her to keep upskilling herself. With the support of an inspiring leader, mentors and peers, every day brings an opportunity to make a difference in whatever capacity possible. She wishes to further her knowledge and skills in Talent Management and Organization Development and aspires to become a COE specialist. 

Prajakta is thrilled to have received this honour and recognition from the Human Resource Association of India and be a part of the 30 under 30 lists of young HR aspirants nationwide. This recognition validates that one’s intent and efforts are in the right direction and boost one to keep doing good work in HR. She is always grateful to her organization, Schindler India, for the opportunities and the support it has provided her. It has been pivotal in her learning journey and growth. She is grateful to her Manager, Mr Kshitij Bhusari who encouraged her to bring her best to work every single day. He has been a confidante and sounding board throughout. She would also like to thank her family and peers. They have always been the best supporters and critiques throughout her journey and they will continue to do so along all her endeavours, she believes.Â
