Nupour has twenty-five years of experience with newly thirteen on the cloud, virtualization, and large digital data transformation and implementation under her belt in the US, UK, and HK markets. These initiatives have helped tech and business unlock opportunities in terms of 2-7 billion in additional earnings and immediate double-digit savings in millions of years in a year.
She is a hands-on leader who focuses on the outcomes and experiences of data consumers, customers, and colleagues. She is an expert in simplifying the complex new-gen tech adoption (process tech and measurability of outcome) in an accelerated manner that evokes trust and inclusion. She is also an accomplished deep learning cognitive behaviour specialist, certified data scientist, cyber security expert, and an ethereum developer looking to find data tracing, data quality initiatives and has real-time intuitive digital data experiences.
She can find new knowledge on the ground to drive and accelerate the innovation agenda. Her innovation initiatives on the Mortage and retail front have saved more than 10 Million and 50 FTE reductions.
Constant on-the-job learning is one of her strengths, and currently, she is learning the Human-centric Design course by LUMA. It helps how to apply the standard recipes effectively.
She contributes to the tech community by writing blogs and articles on https://dzone.com and working closely with vendor partners to shape their roadmaps. She maintains a personal technology blog where her learnings are being shared. Moreover, she is working on a network analytics platform for learning and development. It is a next-generation initiative, and it reduces the reliance on resources.
Nupour had played a pivotal role in helping colleagues during the COVID crisis and has been the pillar of support for her relatives and colleagues. She was instrumental in Payment holidays via tech to bank customers in the UK.
