Mumbai, 2020: Real Estate Services company SILA completed ten years of operations in April 2020, marking a decade of growth and progress.
Headquartered in Mumbai, SILA started in Facility Management, and has expanded to include Turnkey Interior Contracting, Project Management & Consulting, and Real Estate Advisory Services. Today, SILA provides services in over 75 cities in India, and has over 6000 employees. They have also advised on over $500 million in Real Estate transaction. SILA also commenced its Real Estate Development division in 2019, with two projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region – one in South Mumbai and one in Alibaug.
In August 2019, SILA received an $8 million investment from US-based venture capital firm Norwest Venture Partners. This investment marks a new growth phase for SILA, focused on strategic investments and acquisitions.
