Leaders are known to create impact. A measure of powerful and sensible leader is his/her capacity to give best in everything he/she undertakes. That is the way one can get recognition and strive to do better for the community. One such personality with a similar approach is Sadananda Maibam, CEO of Mahalakshmi Machineries. Given below are some of his insights regarding the dynamics of the company and his personal orientation with it:
What is your definition of leadership and how do you make an impact through your leadership qualities?
I think leadership comes from integrity, something that you do and what you ask others to do. I think these are non- obvious way to lead just by providing a good example as a parent, a friend, or a neighbour who can make it possible for other people to see better way of doing things. Leadership does not need to be a dramatic fist in the air and trumpet bellowing activities.
