1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

I believe in building a platform where people are expressive and they share their ideas and bring in the innovations in the society. Also I believe in the proper of building leaders by providing them a space to put their views and points. Under my leadership one can create and innovate in the organization.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

Women Entrepreneurship is not just creating benchmarks in business but also impacting lives to larger extent. I want all the housewives to stand up and take in charge and run family and work professionally too.

3. What is Global Council all about?

My company provides transformative education and we aim to provide a platform to all the young minds to create and innovate and reach to their full potential. We provide personality development courses and various courses on skill development which an individual to grow in life.

4. What are your organization’s vision and core values?

Vision Statement: To provide a platform to all the young minds where they can create, innovate and inspire each other to become leaders of the world.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

I believe in following my passion because this will bring me closer to achieve my goals and fulfill my dreams. Being practical is important in today’s world but following your own passion will bring you closer to your goals.
