₹740 Crore IPO Launch by Inox Green Energy Within 45 days, Says CEO

The subsidiary company of Inox Wind, Inox Green Energy Services plans to launch it’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) aiming to raise ₹740 Crore to fund its enterprise expansion strategies. Inox Wind, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Kailash Lal Tarachandani, revealed that the organization is focusing on the Indian domestic market in the beginning phase and steadily plans to enter the international market to establish itself in the country.

Kailash told the reporters during his visit to its Rajmol plant in Gujarat, that Inox Green Energy is planning to launch its IPO within the next period of 30 to 45 days. Addressing the organization’s business planning, Kailash said, “There is already enough opportunity. India has been consistent in the last few years and has a growth story.”

“Today, for Inox Green Services, the volume is close to 160 crore and would touch 400-500 crore in the next 3-4 years,” he added.

Inox Green Energy Services provides long-term operation and maintenance (O&M) services to wind farm projects.
