Two new features for Android users by Whatsapp

Whatsapp has launched two new features for its Android phone users. The new features were easily available for beta in the earlier app but now they are available to the general android users.
The first feature will let WhatsApp users to watch a video while it’s downloading, like a streaming service. That doesn’t mean you won’t be able to download the video to your device. The user will be benefited as they could watch the video as soon as they click on the play button.
The second feature will let users convert short 6-seconds videos into GIF images and user could share it directly with their WhatsApp contacts. Last month, the instant messaging platform rolled out a new video calling feature which is still undergoing different updates and bug fixes.
WhatsApp has planned to stop support for many devices by the end of this year. The company claims that these devices could not let play the app to function with full potential.
Whatsapp has provided the list of devices including some Android, iOS, Windows phones which won’t be having whatsapp after this year.
