Sensex gains more, up to 130 points

The benchmark BSE Sensex increased up to nearly 130 points after purchasing by investors paced up amongst mixed global cues.
The 30-share index was transacting higher by 129.61 points or 0.46 per cent, at 27,803 21, with sectorial indices led by PSU, banking, power, IT realty and oil and gas stocks getting all the attention, rising by up to 0.47 per cent. The gauge gained 30.49 points in the previous session.
The NSE Nifty summoned up the 8,600-mark by increasing 32 points, or 0.37 per cent, at 8,615.40.
Brokers opined that the increased procurement in selected blue-chips and a mixed trend at other Asian markets amongst the investors gambling on a hike in interest rates by the US Fed before the end of the year and thereby upbeat retail sales influenced sentiment.
The U.S Dow Jones Industrial Average terminated 0.22 per cent higher in last trade.
