Honda Amaze goes beyond 2 lakh sales mark in India

NEW DELHI: Japanese car manufacturer Honda’s compact sedan Amaze has gone beyond the sales milestone of 200,000 units in India. Launched in April 2013, Amaze marked the entry of Honda Cars India in the diesel segment. It came out the first product in Honda Cars’ lineup to be proffered in both, petrol and diesel variants.
The facelift Amaze was introduced in March prior in 2016. The Amaze facelift has been introduced with Bold New exterior styling, One Class Above premium interiors and several New-Age features.
The newest model of Amaze has been altered and equipped with the Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) and is the first petrol car in its class to offer advanced CVT technology.
While saying about the success of the Honda Amaze, Jnaneswar Sen, Sr Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Honda Cars India Limited, informed, “During the span of 3 years, it has achieved sales milestone of 200,000 units bringing new customers into Honda fold. The car has been extremely popular in both big and smaller cities due to its strong value offering and Honda’s core strengths of quality, durability, and reliability.”
The Amaze special characteristics an All New One Class Above Interior Design, All-New Dual tone Futuristic cockpit styled Instrument Panel with Silver accents, and a new 3D Speedometer design with Multi Information Display (MID).
The Honda Amaze is available in 4 grades in both petrol and Diesel. – E, S, SX, and VX in Manual Transmission. moreover, CVT Transmission is available in S and VX petrol grades.
The New Amaze is available in 7 colors – New and Exclusive Bluish Titanium Metallic, Carnelian Red Pearl, Urban Titanium Metallic, Alabaster Silver Metallic, Golden Brown Metallic, Taffeta White and Orchid White Pearl.
